DivyaSree Shettigere Master Plan

The layout is planned around large open space, with 17 residential blocks set among landscaped areas and three dedicated amenity buildings. The scheme includes stormwater management, tertiary STP treatment with reuse, rainwater harvesting, solar energy and solid waste management, with water from the Gram Panchayat and power from BESCOM. The master plan is indicative and subject to approval; final layouts will be confirmed post-RERA.
